Terms & Information on Payment, Delivery and Returns

General Information

Orders placed in another person’s name without their consent, or in any way that may cause financial damage to Clickoftaste, will be reported to the police. Clickoftaste reserves the right to correct typographical errors, incorrect information, stock errors and obvious pricing mistakes.

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details and recipient name at the time of purchase. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be charged return shipping and handling costs, currently 190 SEK.

Payment

Available payment methods may vary depending on the country of purchase.

Swish (Sweden only)

Fast and secure payment via the Swish mobile app.

Klarna – Invoice, Card & Direct Payment

Customers in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway can pay via Klarna. Invoice payments have a 30-day payment period. No invoice fee applies.

Late payments may incur statutory reminder fees and interest in accordance with Klarna’s terms. A credit check may be performed. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Shipping

Shipping cost within Sweden is 39 SEK. Shipping costs within the EU may vary and are displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

Delivery

Clickoftaste operates exclusively online and has no physical stores.

Orders are shipped with PostNord. Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on business days are normally shipped the same day, provided the product is in stock. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after 15:00 on Fridays or during weekends are processed the next business day. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Delivery Options

Delivered to your mailbox or at your door if the parcel does not fit. Responsibility transfers to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the specified address. We recommend MyPack Collect if there is a risk of theft.

Delivered to your nearest collection point. Notification is sent via SMS or email.

Uncollected Parcels

Parcels not collected within the carrier’s holding period will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 190 SEK to cover return shipping and handling.

If you wish to cancel your purchase after the order has been shipped, the parcel must first be collected and then returned within 14 days.

Orders & Cancellation

An order confirmation is sent via email. In case of obvious pricing or product information errors, we reserve the right to correct such errors. The customer has the right to cancel the order without cost if corrections are not accepted.

Cancellation is not possible once the order has been dispatched.

Complaints

Products must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours.

Complaints must be made within 2 days of delivery. Products must be unused. If approved, a replacement product will be sent at no additional cost. If not approved, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

According to EU distance selling regulations, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Products must be unused and in original condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply if seals have been broken.

Returns must reach us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Warranty

Products must be inspected upon delivery. Visible damage must be reported within 48 hours. Damage occurring after use is not covered by warranty.
