Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is 39 SEK for all orders within Sweden. Shipping costs for EU orders may vary and are displayed in the checkout before purchase completion.

General Delivery Information

Clickoftaste operates exclusively online. We do not have physical stores.

Orders are shipped with PostNord and we deliver throughout the EU. Orders received before 15:00 (CET) on business days are normally shipped the same day, provided the item is in stock. Delivery time within Sweden is typically 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after 15:00 on Fridays or during weekends will be processed the next business day. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Delivery Options

Varubrev (Letter Service)

Delivered directly to your mailbox. If the parcel does not fit, it may be left at your door. Delivery is considered completed once the parcel has been delivered to the specified address.

We are not responsible for parcels lost after delivery. If there is a risk of theft, we recommend choosing MyPack Collect.

MyPack Collect

Your parcel will be delivered to your nearest PostNord collection point. You will receive notification via SMS or email once it has arrived.

Uncollected Parcels

Parcels not collected within the carrier’s holding period will be returned to us. For uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee to cover return shipping and handling costs. The current fee is 190 SEK.

Incorrect Address Information

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, the customer will be charged return shipping, currently 190 SEK.
